Mermaid Serenity
Mermaid Serenity Fountain - 6 LI as linked, but each of the 4 mermaid statues can be unlinked from the fountain and all items can be used independently. The fountain is scripted and provides gentle light and water sound effects.

Floating Islands
Each Island has 4 themes you can change between. Grassy, grassy with flowers, desert, and winter.
In the package along with the Islands you should have a HUD for the each single island as well as an
all islands HUD that will change the entire set in sync.
